Modern Home - Miami, Florida
This 2,600 home was designed for a young professional couple who wanted a modern structure with material character. The design emphasizes an open floor plan with exterior terraces and lots of natural light. The home is raised six feet from the existing grade to meet flood criteria and the base is accentuated through materiality and the slight surface extrusion of the walls that rise from it. The design includes several key elements including a two story living room space with floating stairs, solar panels, and a roof terrace to take advantage of the views of Biscayne Bay to the east
Fitness Center- Riviera Beach, Florida
This 12,000 sf Interior Build Out Project was for an existing fitness center franchise that wanted an upscale feel for this new location. The design incorporates energy efficient LED light fixtures throughout, low-flow plumbing fixtures and sustainable building finishes.

Facade Improvement- Lauderhill, Florida
This project invoived the facade renovation of an existing two story office building. The Client wanted a more modern look for the building. The design incorporates new Bahama style shutters at the existing windows, replacing outdated wall tiles with stucco finish and banding, new canopies at the two building entrances and new building signage.
